At The Comeback Kids, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not 100% satisfied, we're here to help. Please review our refund policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:
✔️ Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
✔️ In original packaging (if applicable)
✔️ Free from any signs of wear, damage, or odors
Refund Options

Full Refund: If you return an item in its original condition within 30 days, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Exchange: Prefer a different size or design? We offer exchanges for available items of equal value.

Store Credit: If you’d rather pick something else later, we can issue store credit instead of a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
🚫 Final Sale Items: Clearance or limited-edition drops are non-refundable.
🚫 Custom Orders: Any personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.
🚫 Shipping Fees: We do not refund shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.
How to Start a Return
1️⃣ Email us at [support@thecomebackkids.com] with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ We’ll provide a return shipping label (return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item is defective).
3️⃣ Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that’s damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace it or refund you ASAP!
Late or Missing Refunds
